Everywhere!! You can find coupons in:
SUNDAY FLYERS - found in Sunday NEWSPAPERS--Coupons Inserts of SS, RP, P&G, and sometimes you will find bonus inserts--different coupons are found in different regions
ONLINE - there are many websites that offer free printable coupons but, of course, www.couponlush.com is my favorite!!
MAGAZINES - some magazines are packed with coupons, especially, ALL YOU magazine
ECOUPONS - you can load your loyalty cards with ecoupons (coupons you don't need to print or clip) from various grocery stores - visit your grocery stores websites ! You can also load manufacturers coupons to your loyalty cards by visiting savingstar.com !
ON PRODUCTS- you can also find coupons on boxes of products or inside products -- some stores have little coupon machines (blinkies) or a tear pad of coupons set up in front of the product! Peelies are coupons found right on the product!
CATALINA COUPONS- these are coupons you receive from a catalina machine found at cash registers after you checkout.

Start off slow!!! Don't overwhelm yourself! Even if you only use 1 coupon, you are still ahead of the game with that amount of money in your pocket! You don't need to be a guest star on a certain TV show.
My advice is to first take a look at my home page at over 300 free printable coupons listed. Click on the coupons with items that you already use or think you will use in the future and print them out. New coupons are added daily. And coupons are reset (change) at the beginning of each month, which means that you should print any coupons that you like before the month is over, otherwise, you may not see them again the next month. You can only print each coupon twice per printer/computer. Also cut out the coupons from the sunday flyers with items that you already use or think you will use in the future. You do not need to cut out all the coupons. It will be easier for you to organize.
Next, take a look at your store's sales flyer. Make a list or circle the sale items on your flyer that you need for that week. Now, compare your coupons with the items on your list. You will be surprised at how many coupons you have that are on your list!

HOW TO ORGANIZE MY COUPONS
There are many ways you can organize your coupons.
Some people make folders for each sunday flyer and write the date it came out on the front cover. They make another folder for printable coupons. Then they cut them out as they need them.
Others, use larger binders with clear, plastic inserts to slip their coupons in.
I use a small binder. In fact, its a small photo album that has those clear, plastic pages.(got it for $1 at craft store) This way I can slip it in my purse and it does not take too much room in the shopping cart. I have it labelled with many different sections so its easier & faster for me to locate my coupons.
All are great ways and are personal preferences. Feel free to try them out and let me know what works best for you!
